But what happens in a case like that, you a passenger and the driver and you are both pissed, is it only the driver that gets arrested? And are you allowed to drive the car home or does get pounded?

Idiot comment NJ Bok. Police used to arrest a lot more people for nothing in the old SA, and they often wouldnt live to leave the cell.

I think it is good that celebritites are not above the law. Im sure Pretorius is innocent, and he will have his turn in court to prove it. Again, something that was denied in the Old SA that you obviously approve of you idiot.
