It is not that Lauaki received”diversion” but that the Magistrate refused the press permission to print the charges. This is special treatment because he is a rugby player. One of the worst cases of cover up by the NZRFU was the Roger Randle incident in Durban some years ago. Mils pissed in a bar and year after year Super 12 players brawl in pubs. But the NZRFU never take disciplinary action. Aftyer all they are RUGBY PLAYERS
