Habana toast of Loftus…again
3 Feb 2006
Bryan Habana was named the Bulls’ player of 2005, probably the most expected award in rugby history.
The South African Player of the Year was always going to receive recognition on the home front after an outstanding Super 12 propelled him into the international season high on confidence and sure of his starting spot in jersey 11.
Bulls CEO Stephan Pretorius spoke to keo.co.za earlier on Thursday, and emphasised Habana’s dedication and his continued humility despite the sometimes overwhelming glare of public attention.
In other awards, Fourie du Preez was named backline player of the year and Victor Matfield forward of the year.
SA U21 vice captain Derick Kuun was U21 player of the year, and if possible, Chilliboy Ralepelle’s recognition as U19 player of the year was perhaps less surprising than Habana’s.

Habana is fast becomming the best wing in world rugby, if he is not there already.
This guy has talent oozing out of his ears. Lets hope he builds on an even better year.

ha ha! Always funny to see them dutchies praising a coloured bloke. When he scores, he’s a hero. When he doesn’t, he doesn’t even get a mention.
Things mentioned like “oozing talent”. LOL All he has is speed. Can’t tackle, can’t pass, can’t kick. Still has a far way to go before being a World Beater/World Best
Still, with all his flaws, he’s a try scoring machine

Sod off!

So Tackler, you have decided to come back as Richie_7. Newsflash ******* – you are still a dago (If you don’t know what a dago is then ask one of your aussie friends – oh wait, I forgot, you dont have any friends.)
I suggest you spend a bit of time on the Silver fern website to see just how much the Kiwi’s are concerned about this boy, but you have probably been banned from there.
btw, whats with the new nick, fantasizing about Richie Macaw perhaps.

Richie_7, Mate you haven’t been watching rugby these last couple of years.
I distinctly remember a game against Province, when he was still playing centre for the Lions, that he tackled ” die bitter pis” ot off Marius Joubert and made the incumbent boks look pretty ordinary!

Richie – why don’t stop your pathetic little game ?

Ig, I’m entitled to my opinion. And if I feel like calling a spade a spade, that’s my right.
Unlike you lot in SA, I can give my honest opinion without being labelled a racist or bigot.
3 Feb 2006, 09:44 am
Jeez, Richie’s love child, just because you are not in SA, doesn’t mean you can’t be a bigot or racist – just look at what happened recently in Aus, not the mention the (almost) genocide that occurred against the Moari in NZ.
Using terms like Dutchie labels you as a bigot for the very least (unless of course you are one too.) Besides, you must know the saying about opinions:
“Opinions are like arseholes, everyone’s got one – and most of them stink.”

Richie – my only problem is all the data i have on you indicates that you are not who you say who you are….so admit who you really are or get lost !

tune him once Ig!!

Richie,
How is Mccaw doing with the headaches? Do you think he will complete the season? Who is going to replace ” Speartackle Umanga, now that he got fired as captain?
3 Feb 2006, 12:45 pm
Richie 7 – nice try, but I thought the kind of wing you describe Habana as was the AB speciality. I think Jeff Wilson was the last decent ball player you stuck on the wing.
You’re not Tacklers siamese twin are you?

Richie’s back! and oh so early too. Still no life?
Have your say
