George Gregan has been cited for his dangerous spear tackle against the Highlanders that saw him sent to the sin bin for 10 minutes.
The incident was reviewed by match officials on Sunday and Gregan was set to appear before a Sanzar judicial committee in Canberra on Monday.
Gregan faces the possibility of a ban if found guilty of the offence.
Force utility back Scott Staniforth and Otago loose forward Craig Newby were both handed one-match suspensions for dangerous tackles earlier this season.
The Brumbies play the Crusaders in the final round of the Vodacom Super 14 next weekend, needing a point to be assured of a place in the semi-finals.
