Paul Roos roast Grey

Paul Roos claimed a famous victory when they beat Grey College 16-11 in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

SA’s No 1 ranked school took 700 pupils with them to Bloem, and they all poured onto the field when the final whistle went.

Grey Bloem, traditionally SA’s best rugby school, lost to Glenwood last weekend and are now ranked fifth in the country. Saturday’s defeat to Paul Roos was their third at home in 12 years.

Grey enjoyed 55% of possession and spent the final quarter deep inside the Paul Roos 22. Only committed defence from the Western Cape side kept the blue jerseys out.
