Elvis Vermuelen is one of five changes to the French pack who play Wales in Paris on Saturday.
Vermuelen replaces the injured Sebastien Chabal while back row partner Julien Bonnaire’s return sees Imanol Harinordoquy drop to the bench.
The tight five sees Jerome Thion moving into the second row, while Nicolas Mas and Olivier Milloud will both start at prop.
The backline remains unchanged from the one who defeated Ireland 20-17 at Croke Park on 11 February. Aurelien Rougerie’s return from injury sees him on the bench in place of Cedric Heymans.
