Hey why should we care, indeed we actually applaud the far thinking strategic genius of the move.
Eddie needs to be fully involved with all aspects and in particular communications, man management, and front 3 skills training and development.

This is why I rate JW. He is never scared to involve someone who may be better than him in certain areas. It takes a true Leader to admit this and surround themselves with people like this. My thoughts do go out to Alistair Coetzee though. His kakness has been shown up and he will be there to make Eddie’s coffee when he needs it.
