Murray braced for Irish bruiser

In a late change Waylon Murray has replaced Jaque Fourie in the starting line-up to face Connacht.

The Lions man drops to the bench. Springbok communications manager, Vusi Kama, told keo.co.za that the management have decided to give Murray an opportunity to start in order to reduce the risk of injury to Fourie ahead of the World Cup.

Murray debuted against Samoa earlier this year and performed well on the Australian leg of the Tri-Nations. He flew to Ireland to cover for Jean de Villiers, who is expected to be fit for the Boks’ crucial pool game against England on September 14.

    another interpretation of moer:

moer – to assault (from Afrikaans ‘moor’ – to murder) (rude, often considered profanity)

Moer “punch out” “or punch repeatedly until US”
Moer, baie, vinnig etc “exceptional or plenty” “lots” “fast”
    Moer in “angry”
    Moer toe “buggered or broken”
    jou moer “your “koff”"
    jou moer “you bugger/undesirable person”
