Frogs lose Fritz
31 Jan 2008
French centre Florian Fritz has fractured his fibula and will miss the Six Nations.
Fritz injured himself in Wednesday’s training session and the French medical staff have confirmed he will be out of action for six to 12 weeks.
Fritz, who missed out on a place in the World Cup squad due to injury, has enjoyed a stellar season for Top 14 frontrunners Toulouse. David Marty will play in his stead when France face Scotland this Sunday.
