Richard Kahui will start at outside centre for the All Blacks against Wales, while Tony Woodcock has been cleared to take his place in the front row.
Kahui takes the place of Conrad Smith who had been struggling with a groin niggle all tour and further aggravated it against Ireland last weekend.
Woodcock had initially been bracketed at loosehead due to his judicial hearing over an off the ball incident in the victory over Ireland at Croke Park.
The prop, who had already been yellow carded for the incident, pleaded guilty to striking an opponent with his hand, but the judiciary decided no further punishment was necessary.
Corey Flynn has been bracketed with Hikarewa Elliot on the bench. The crusaders hooker had been complaining of pain in left arm after the win over Munster early in the week and was subsequently sent for X-rays.
The results are yet to be confirmed but it is feared Flynn might have suffered another break to his problematic arm.
Neemia Tialata, who has a bout of flu, has been bracketed with John Afoa in the starting line up.
