Crusaders edge Force

The Super 14 champions sneaked a 24-19 win over the Force in Perth.
The Force went to a 19-5 lead at half-time, but the Crusaders struck back typically in the second period. The Force will play the Reds on 5 February while the Crusaders are up against the hapless Highlanders next Friday.
Force - Tries: Penalty try, Josh Tatupu, Josh Holmes. Conversions: Scott Daruda (2).
Crusaders - Tries: George Whitelock (2), Jared Payne, Kade Poki. Conversions: Colin Slade, Hamish Gard.

I think that the Highlanders will be better than last year. I think all teams will be better than last year except maybe the Tahs, Blues and Crusaders.

You can’t just write the Crusaders off. They still have McCaw and they won’t be in the bottom half of the log thats for sure. I agree with “put your money where your mouth is” , i’m not gonna talk up my team or bash another , until the competition is in full swing.
