The Paarl Boys’ High 1st XV are ready for the new season thanks to a sponsorship from WirelessG.

‘We are very proud to invest in such a promising team and truly enjoy the association with their hard work, talent and triumphs,’ says Carel van der Merwe, CEO of WirelessG. ‘We believe our investment will equip them to achieve their goal of being one of the top 10 rugby schools in South Africa.’

Paarl Boys’ High rugby has established itself as a force to be reckoned with during its 141 years of existence. Rugby plays an integral part in the life of all Paarl Boys’ pupils, whether you are a player, supporter, parent or spectator. Rugby at Paarl Boys’ teaches players the basic values of good sportsmanship, how to win, how to lose and how to be part of a team.

‘WirelessG embraces our social responsibility as a company by nurturing young South African talent, especially through values which Paarl Boys’ High demonstrates,’ says van der Merwe.

Paarl Boys’ will start their road to glory at the 14th annual St John’s Easter Rugby Festival.
