He should be playing Vodacom Cup and Currie Cup, nothing higher then that for atleast 2years.

If The Sharks can lift their game this weekend and then have the bye weekend to recharge and with all their players returning including Pienaar due to return too, i don’t see any team beating The Sharks in Durban.

But they came very close to beating the Force and then lost Juan which is a massive blow for a team that lack depth.

However, resting payers have always been a tactic for sevral teams while touring down under and even with their depeleted team, they played really well against the Hurricans.

In addition, I think every other SA team is thankful they did not get the Cheetahs draw. It is the worse one in the whole competition and that alone, IMO. valudates the decision to rest players! However,, I agree that the rest of their sesaon will indicate what “shade” their season will be remembered as!

Hope your team does well against the Saders!

What did this win do for the Cheaters they are still bottom of the log and have no hope what so ever of making the Semis! However you miss the point, what I am actually saying is if the Cheetahs had played like they did against the Sharks, against The Hurricanes, Waratahs, etc. they would have done us Sharks and Bulls supporters as well as you Cheaters supporters huge favours! but they didn’t they rolled over and played dead. they even rested 8 of their top players against the Hurricanes tell me thats not admitting defeat before even kicking a single ball, but against SA oposition they come all guns blazing! Of course, if they now play to the same level and skill they did on Saturday for the remainder of the Season, it will put a whole different shade on this whole issue, as we can then honestly say that they have finally hit their groove!

I am not blaming the Cheetah’s for the Sharks loss they were deserved winners by a long mile. What gets me though is why do they only manage this kind of performance against SA oposition. If they manage to keep this performance against foreign oposition they would do the Sharks and Bulls a huge favour, and if they had started like Saturday, at the Beginning of competition SA could have had 3 sides in the semis! Don’t get me wrong the Cheetahs are my second SA team, only go against them if they play the Sharks, so would have loved for them to have played ALL season like they played on Saturday!

You can’t blame the Cheetahs for the Sharks loss against the Reds and the Cheetahs.

The returning players should make a huge difference to the Sharks. What they have to do is get a big bruiser onto the flank as soon as possible. If Deysel can’t start then start with Biusmark on the flank.
