A homegrown Canty player of Carters qulaity was never EVER going to leave the Red’n'Blacks. Besides, why would he leave for the ragtag dishevelled lot in Auckland ?

Whatever salary was offered, the Canty Mafia just wouldnt allow it. And why should they ? Besides, DC hardly needs the ca$h. He’s probably the most marketable player on the Planet.
