Prop pain for tourists

Lions props Gethin Jenkins and Adam Jones will miss the final Test due to injury.
The pair went off in Saturday’s Test in Pretoria and it has been confirmed Jenkins (cracked cheekbone) and Jones (dislocated shoulder) will play no further part on this tour. Both players underwent surgery after the game.
The brutal clash also took its toll on several other Lions players. Brian O’Driscoll (concussion), Jamie Roberts (wrist) and Tommy Bowe (elbow) are also a concern ahead of the final Test in Johannesburg.
At this stage, no replacements have been called for.

I hope these guys recover well. It’s never nice to see players injured.
It would have been great to have both teams at full strength for Ellis Park. Now injuries and citings will preclude that.

Unfortunate about these injuries, but they are part and parcel of the game, especially in a test match with that mad intensity.
I think the spirit or sportsmanship under which this series has been played is appaling.

What an impressive injury toll for the sissie (fake) Lions.
For the Boks only Danie with perhaps concussion as a result of a dangerous head/shoulder charge and Bekker with swollen balls as a results of a cruel low blow.

How strange that this article, 24hrs after the final whistle, does not mention that the shoulder-injury was a direct result of an act of thuggery for which the protagonist has been duly and rightly cited.

Funniest thing was watching Roussouw trying to stand up after being tackled by a man half his size, but all he could do was an impression of bambi on ice!! Lol what a big bad bokker!!!

Burger’s incident was terrible but the unnecessary ranting of the Test out come is unnecessary. The Lions allowed South Africa back into the game. Habana scored while BOD was still on the field then by the time Fourie scored the Lions were depleted but the defence was deplausable. O’Gara is a girls blouse. He does not like to tackle.. How has he played international rugby for so long?

Are the Bleating and Cheating Lions really sissies? I don’t know about that but they are definitely sour pussies!!
What SH team with any respect would want the Geech for a coach? He could not even coach a ball boy. The only thing they do that the SH cannot do is Bleat!
