Tier 1 SA, NZ, Aus, France – France are up with you boys in quality now I’d say, they just look like a Southern Hem team, I’d even say they’re better than Aus.
Tier 2 – Ireland – while we’re not quite up to you boys level yet we’re definitely a class above the rest.
Tier 3 – England, Wales, Scotland Italy etc.
