    Interesting that Giteau is selected at 12 with Toomua slotting in at 10 for the Brumbies. On the Chiefs side, no Callum Bruce to keep check on Giteau …

  • 3.Tarlo: Reply to this comment

    Well contrary to Keo reporting, Matt Giteau clearly isn’t injured…

    Not sure why Robbie Robinson is bracketted for the Highlanders, cant remember him picking up an injury. Highlanders need to stick with him, theyve already selected 3 players at flyhalf and swapping around isnt doing anyone any favours. Robinson is an uncut diamond and just needs a slow polishing over time.

    Whats the story with Donnelly ?! Berkhis coming on nicely tho and Triggs played well vs the oh-so-lucky Sharks.

    Whoppa & Clint need to step up and provide the platform we know they can.

    Vainikolo dropped ? scored a superb try, disallowed by some blind dimwit, he should be rewarded, not punished.

    Cmon the Mighty H I G H L A N D E R S !

    @Black Panther:

    Where is Hobbs?

    Been playing superbly imo…

  • 6.RugbyRulz: Reply to this comment

    @Blouste: Yes I agree, Hobbs has played well and now he is shunted to 12. Every time I see that skinny legged bugger Berquist, I wonder…. Who is he related to. When he is out injured/dropped whatever, the Highlanders play well.

    Last year was exactly the same,when Berquist was injured Daniel Bowden got a run, he played so well the Crusaders signed him.

    Berquist plays I back the opposition, every time.

    @RugbyRulz:

    Oh, ***** sorry. See him at 12 now.

    Yes I can’t understand why you would want to fix something that aint broken.

    Hobbs was the stand out player for me at the Landers thus far…

    At 10 I should add…

  • 9.KZN King Shark: Reply to this comment

    Sharks are going to get the mother of all nobblyings by a very pissed off Canes team. Glad I won’t be up to watch it. Just wish I could avoid seeing the score.

    Wigan Pekeur – where’s this oke from?

    @KZN King Shark:

    Wich will way heavier…Canes travelling back this wee..

    or Sharks ending their tour…already on the plane maybe?

  • 12.Heavens Game: Reply to this comment

    @KZN King Shark: 9. I have a funny feeling (illogical, I know), that the Sharks will take this.

  • 13.blouhoender: Reply to this comment

    @KZN King Shark: He studied at Stellenbosch and played for Maties. He went up to the Lions last year if I remember correctly.
    I remember him playing in his first year – fast and good feet – but I never thought he was going to make it to the big league!

  • 14.KZN King Shark: Reply to this comment

    @Blouste: The Sharks will be depressed and after a really kak tour the Canes will be bloody angry like a vicious hornet’s nest. Gonna get pumped. Canes have too much quality.

  • 15.Black Panther: Reply to this comment

    @Blouste:

    Not sure whats happened there but I seem to recall he was punished for something off-field. Glen Moore is a tough taskmaster, just the way it should be.

    @RugbyRulz:

    Bowden returned home to Auckland. Hasnt played. Serves him right.

    Shoemark should stay at 12 if Hobbs is not avail, havent heard of his replacement Lynn.

    @KZN King Shark:

    the thing with the Canes is that they always disappoint when you least expect them to. And they bled for the jersey in Loftus, what a match. Lets see if theres anything left in the tank…

    Keo writers….

    Hey, catch a wake-up !!!

    Jaco Pretorius will play at 13, not Dippenaar

    Geez….. :shock:

    @Black Panther:

    Yeah, they really did give it there all at Loftus. Too bad the Bulls weren’t even trying and still won with 80+ percent possession. I can only imagine the frustration in those final 3 minutes for ‘dem Cane supporters.

    When you score you meant to dot the ball over the try line whilst staying in the field of play you one eyed doos!

    VAINikolo, did his little show off dance a tab too soon…. classic!

    What is it with the bloggers that they dont know the difference between “their” and “there”…… (asked without the risk of sounding pedantic), but it reflects badly especially when someone tries to sound informed!

  • 21.Tisme: Reply to this comment

    @RugbyRulz: #6 Lions have a similar player called Earl Rose!

  • 22.Mighty Horua: Reply to this comment

    @Tisme: Stormers also have a player in that mould, Willem de Waal

    Landers
    Chiefs
    Reds
    Canes
    Blues
    Bulls

    That would mean 4 away wins. Some teams’ home games count for nothing these days (read Lions, Chiefs).
