@Gambit25: I am told that after the Jeppe u15 incident at Paarl Boys High hostels last weekend, that things might get tough on Monday for Jeppe vs Boishaai.

@Bergie
What was the incident and who told you that they may get tough on Jeppe?
Don’t underestimate this Jeppe team, they can hold their own with any side at St Johns this year.

@Bergie
The idea that 18 boys under 15 of age could affect 22 boys 17 and older is a stretch. The two 1st teams (Paarl and Jeppe) would have had very little, if any, interaction with the U15 sides since school closed for the Easter break. The only reason that it will be tough for the teams on Monday is that they are coming up to the 3rd massive game in 5 days. Personally I see the game hinging on the boot of the number 10 and number 15 of Paarl. If Jeppe tackle these two players out the game I think the chances of an upset (in terms of last years rankings) is definitely on the cards.
Good luck to both sides (with a little extra for Jeppe)

@Cats Crusade: The Jeppe u15′s got drunk and pissed on the mattresses in the Boishaai hostel, including those of the 1st team. They then got banned from participating in the u15 tournament in Paarl and was send home. The majority of the Boishaai 1st team is in the hostel and not happy about the incident!
Boishaai will win easily, Jeppe is overrated due to their difficult win over a struggling KES team. Boishaai by 10 at least.

@ Bergie
I’m amazed at the story you are telling. For one real reason. It is false. Not only is it false it is embarrassing that you would come up with it. Having spoken to the Paarl Boys Headmaster at St Johns on Thursday I can assure you that they were not sent home. In future I suggest you get the full story before spreading lies.
Would love to meet you today at St John’s to introduce you to the Headmaster of Paarl Boys to set the story straight in your mind. I will be there from 12 onwards sitting on the 22 opposite the school buildings. Please come find me so that we can sort this out.

@JeppeBoy97: I think the Headmaster is being nice to you. Do yourself a favour and go to Die Burger website and search for articles on Jeppe and all will be revealed.
The facts are they got drunk and acted like hooligans in the hostel!

@JeppeBoy97: Unfortunatly the story is true. They were withdrawn from the tournament by their own Headmaster and Paarl Boys who were supposed to play them on the Wednesday had no opposition because they already left Tuesday evening. Paarl Boys had to play a “barbarian” side made up of all the other schools reserves. The matras story is also unfortunatly also true as witnessed by some Oakdale boys.
