Mumbia ease past Delhi

The Mumbai Indians recorded a 39-run victory over the Delhi Daredevils in Mumbai on Tuesday.
The Mumbai Indians had a steady start to the innings as their top order all chipped in with good contributrions. S Tiwary increased their run-rate with a quick fire 38 of 28 balls.
JP Duminy made a rare appearance and hit 21* off 14 balls while Kieron Pollard stole the show and displayed the form he showed in the Champions League last year. The West Indian all-rounder smashed 45 off 13 balls, including two fours and five sixes.
David Warner got Delhi’s chase off to a good start with 31 off 15 balls, but apart from Andy McDonald (33*), the rest of the Daredevils’ line-up failed to get going as they slumped to 144-7 off their allotted 20 overs.
A Murtaza was the star bowler for the Indians, finishing with figures of 2-18 off his four overs.
