Zweliyandila win Eastern Cape clash

Zweliyandila beat Ntsonkotha 11-6 in their Classic Clash in Chalumna on Saturday.

Zweliyandila led 6-0 at the break after drop goals from flyhalf Zolisa Langatye and right wing Sonwabo Milton.

Ntsonkotha started the second half strongly but conceded a turnover that led to a try by Zweliyandila fullback Makazola Mapimpi.

Ntsonkotha responded with two penalties by Spolebati Lunto and almost scored a try at the end through outside centre Lobese Unathi, but Milton made a brilliant match-saving tackle.

Earlier in the day, Zweliyandila won the U15 match 8-0 and the 2nd XV match 22-0.
