Barritt left because he thought he was being overlooked for the Boks, don’t know how much the sharks management could’ve done to make his wish come through.

Butch after the WC was thinking of securing his future as his playing days were drawing to a close and his body wasn’t getting any younger. No blame can be laid @ management’s door on that one too..

I’d be surpised of he wasn’t on Snor’s radar. Kind of testing the home based selection theory now. If Peter caves in and selects foreign based players then it will probably be Steyn at 15. Joe’s best chance was to stay here, as Peter always said that he’s look locally first. Joe in my opinion is the best local 15 by a long way.
