@skopskiet(yliad)-7: I think Samoa struggle to produce quality locks, Fiji and Tonga perhaps have the same problem. Quality front row and back row players don't seem to be an issue.

At a guess 60,000 in American Samoa. But they don't play Rugby much. (all figures approx) Weight for weight, Pound for pound, Man for man. They have a very proud record.

If this Samoa rugby nation could transfer their natural 7′s ability to the 15 man game they would be nigh unstoppable, same with fiji. Teach these guys to be competitive in set pieces and they’d practically walk away with most competitions incl the famed 15′s WC.
