Yeah a pity. The pass on video review was not fwd and it cost Bishops in the end. Bosch were the more hungry side though in the beginning. Bishops were very lethargic.

what a pity that bishops failed to play to their strength which was their backs and selfishness on a few players was one of the features of this team throughout the season
their wing who scored a try showed what could be done if given the ball and what a pity their star full back tim swiel was not used at all
a match winner on his own besides his tremendous boot he certainly could have caused rondebosch enough headaches
interesting that rondebosch did their homework and kept the ball away from him
a draw was a fair result in the end and even a top ref like kaplan who allowed the game to flow may have erred in the pass from swiel who put crowson away in the dying minutes by calling it forward
both sides were fortunate in having a ref of kaplans ability in charge

It Was Bishops who were playing into the wind in the First Half and with the wind in the 2nd. Hence all the points were scored by the team with the wind at their backs.

But Bishops were awful. They scored, through Crowson, with a few minutes to go but Kaplan said the scoring pass was forward. That was a debateable call at best, looked very marginal. But bosch played well and Bishops didnt turn up
