Fiji consistently one of the greatest 7′s nations over the years and always in with a shot of winning any tournament they enter, have been thrown out of the commonwealth. Argentina have also won IRB tournaments, USA and France bring something to the tournaments as well. Wales winning the world cup kind of messed up the world cup’s status as being the big one a bit though!
