This should be a good game – i am excited to see what France look like against decent opposition – it is hard to judge a team s development against the lesser nations

A truer statement never made – Australia would rather re-tread a skilled number 8 as a frontrower (Polota-Nau, Kepu etc) rather than teach a real frontrower some of the skills of a number 8 (David Fitter for example).

There are actually some fantastic scrummagers in Australia languishing around at Sydney club level because they have limited ball skills or lack fitness to last 80mins if they are forced to run.
If the Wallabies arent’t going to look to develop these guys as national prospects, at least employ them to skill up the more athletic but scrum-challenged youngsters.

@PiXel_NiNja(PiXel_NiNja) : Exactly my thoughts. It’d probably be cheaper to pay a mongrel pack from the Parisian club down the road to scrum against. They might even do it for free just for bragging rights!
