Monnas, Klofies in epic battle

Monument will tackle Waterkloof in Gauteng’s top clash this weekend.
Both teams feature in the top five of the SA School Top 20 rankings after strong starts to the year. Monument are celebrating their 90th anniversary, so it will be a tough trip to Krugersdorp for Waterkloof. The winner should hold the higher ranking after the weekend. The match will be televised on SuperSport 5 on Saturday at 2pm.
St John’s, KES and St Sithian’s face Michaelhouse, Hilton and Kearsney respectively at home. It will be a tricky round for the Gauteng schools, especially for St Stithians who will come up against an impressive Kearsney side. KES will come up against Hilton, who have blown hot and cold this year.
Affies will look to extend their reign at the top of the rankings with a win against Jeppe and Daniel Pienaar travel to Northern Cape’s surprise package Noord-Kaap. Meanwhile in Free State, Jim Fouché take on Louis Botha while Fichardtpark battle against Jacobsdal.

Grey (at home) drew with Boishaai 15-15, Grey were lucky to draw because Boishaai had 80% of the possession and should have won.
