Caucaunibuca snubs Fiji
27 May 2011
Fiji wing Rupeni Caucaunibuca has decided that he will not play at the World Cup after rejecting a national call-up.
The 30-year-old speedster told Fiji head coach Sam Domoni that he will not meet up with the national team later this month as he wants to concentrate on his family at home in France.
Caucaunibuca has confirmed with his French Top 14 club that he will be available for them until the end of the season. Caucaunibuca, who played over a 100 games for Agen before signing for Toulouse in 2010, was picked for Fiji’s Pacific Nations and World Cup squads.

I used to respect him, but now I see that he is a lazy, self-worshiping, *******. To boot, it was only ever overrated anyway. He never deserved to play test rugby and was unworthy of the Fijian jersey. Good riddance to dirty trash

Biggest waste of potential ever in the history of rugby.
most of us would give anything for his natural talent; he has wasted it.
Have your say
