Easy games for Selborne, Grey PE

The Eastern Cape’s top duo, Selborne and Grey PE, should continue their impressive 2011 campaigns when they face Cambridge and Graeme respectively.

Selborne are enjoying an unbeaten run this year, with their 36-11 win over Graeme last weekend their eighth win from nine games (they also drew 19-19 against Grey Bloem a fortnight ago). They’ll host Cambridge this time round, and will be aiming for a win to consolidate their place in the top three of the FNB Top 20 rankings.

Grey High come off a 37-19 away victory over last year’s top-ranked EP school St Andrew’s and will be looking for another win when they host Graeme.

Other big Eastern Cape derbies see Marlow tackle Framesby while Kingswood travel to Dale College.

Eastern Cape weekend fixtures:
Marlow vs Framesby
Grey High vs Graeme
Daniel Pienaar vs St Andrews
Queen’s vs Hudson Park
Dale vs Kingswood
Selborne vs Cambridge
Grens vs Stirling
