Munster claimed the Celtic League title with a 19-9 victory over the European Cup champions Leinster on Saturday.
It seems the final in Limerick was a game too much for Leinster as they delivered a flat performance. The team that beat Northampton in an amazing 33-22 comeback win last weekend, fell to 10-point loss with flyhalf Jonny Sexton kicking three penalties for their only points in the match.
Munster, who topped the league table this season, powered through with tries from wings Keith Earls and Doug Howlett. Munster were also awarded a penalty try while pivot Ronan O’Gara added two conversions.
