The Western Cape schools managed three wins from the five derbies on day two at the Cape Schools Rugby Week at Dale on Monday.
SACS, Boland Landbou and Rondebosch claimed the visitors bragging rights while Queen’s and Selborne formed the core of Eastern Cape’s pride as they triumphed over Wynberg and Paarl Gym respectively.
Again, it was SACS who were the stars of the day as they recorded a 38-6 win over Muir. SACS ran in six tries in the convincing win while Muir only kicked two penalties. This is SACS’ second big win at the festival after they beat Grey PE 17-0 on day one last Saturday.
