Willie le Roux and Lappies Labuschagne have finally been rewarded with spots in the Springbok training group. They are two of eight that are first timers in Springbok training groups this year. The others are Gio Aplon, Trevor Nyakane, JJ Engelbrecht, Lionel Mapoe, Wiehahn Herbst and Demetri Catrakilis. The group of players will assemble in Durban for the second training camp of the year, before the final squad for the Incoming Tours is selected. Players not considered due to injury include: JP Pietersen, Jaco Taute, Frans Steyn, Johan Goosen, Duane Vermeulen, Pat Cilliers and Frans Malherbe. ... Read Article23 May 2013
Tendai ‘Beast’ Mtawarira is back in Black in White to face the Bulls this weekend. The Beast returning is one of a few changes to the Sharks side. The only injury enforced change is that of JP Pietersen, Piet Lindeque replacing him in midfield. In the pack, the Beast is back along with Pieter-Steph du Toit, Anton Bresler hurting his shoulder in training. Bresler drops from the match 22, allowing Jandre Marais to cover the second row from the bench. The only other new face to the match 22 is Sean Robinson, who replaces Lindeque on the wood. Both Bismarck du Plessis and Butch James ... Read Article25 Apr 2013
Jan Serfontein, the player of last year's under 20 World Championship, will head the baby Boks defence in France. Serfontein and Kings wing Sergeal Petersen are two Super Rugby regulars to make Dawie Theron's squad and brilliant flyhalf Handre Pollard is another to play in a second successive tournament. Theron's squad lost a three-match series 2-1 to Argentina in Argentina. Serfontein, Petersen and Western Province's Cheslin Kolbe did not play in those matches. Bulls loose forward Ruan Steenkamp is captain. Serfontein and Pollard are the only two squad members from last year's ... Read Article14 May 2013
All Blacks coach Steve Hansen has selected several uncapped Blues players in his training group. Hansen confirmed 38 names and this included many from the potent Blues backline. The Highlanders, despite only winning one match in this year's Super Rugby competition, have six players in the group. An obvious area of weakness is at hooker where Hansen has selected veterans Andrew Hore and Keven Mealamu and Canes Dane Coles. Options are limited and it certainly is a concern for New Zealanders. No overseas-based players were considered, as it is NZRFU policy. Among the uncapped players ... Read Article15 May 2013
French coach Philipe Saint-Andre has included three South African-born players for the three-Test series against the All Blacks in New Zealand. Racing Metro flank Bernard le Roux and Clermont prop Daniel Kotze join Antonie Claassen in a squad that includes eight new caps. Fijian-born Clermont winger Noa Nakaitaci is among the newcomers. Saint-Andre has rested flyhalf Francois Trinh-Duc, but included Toulon's Frederic Michalak. France play world champions New Zealand on June 8, 15 and 22 in Auckland, Hamilton and New Plymouth respectively. French super club Toulon's foreign dominance ... Read Article5 Mar 2013
MARK KEOHANE writes the Varsity Cup in its first year rocked. Since then it's just another professional tournament. The Varsity Cup may have the innovation of doing a few things differently, but what was supposed to be a celebration of student rugby somehow just seems like another tournament, in which the traditional power houses remain the traditional strengths in the tournament. Much has been made of the Port Elizabeth-based Nelson Mandela University display this season and equally there has been bewilderment at how poor Shimlas have been. But it seems the old one two of Stellenbosch University ... Read Article12 May 2013
Marcus Watson scored in extra time to beat the Blitzbokke in the London World Series Sevens Cup quarter-finals. The teams were level 14-all at full time. Watson's try came four minutes into extra time. England won 19-14. England had the chance to win the match with the last play of the game in normal time. They were awarded a penalty and opted to take a drop kick for goal. It missed. Watson then rounded off a move after England had retained possession for two minutes. South Africa suffered further embarrassment when they lost for a second time in the tournament to the USA and were eliminated ... Read Article8 Jan 2013
Limpopo will play in the Vodacom Cup as a separate side for the first time this year. The region, which is a sub-union of the Blue Bulls Rugby Union, has been granted a place in the tournament in its own rights to help foster rugby in South Africa’s far north. They join the 14 provincial unions as well as the returning Pampas XV from Argentina in the tournament, which kicks off in the second week of March and concludes in mid-May. The Polokwane-based Limpopo team will play in the North Section of the competition, along with the Blue Bulls, Golden Lions, Griffons, Leopards, Pumas, Valke ... Read Article30 Jun 2011

The first keo video i have actually enjoyed, nice work
29 Jun 2011, 15:53 pm
Also as far as these stormsaders go, really don’t care if someone decides to support another team. What annoys me is the way they behave at the stadium (booing when the stormers flyhalf kicks) and also thinking that apartheid is still going on. retards and yobs
29 Jun 2011, 15:53 pm
@trollZA(trollZA)-1: I havent seen it yet.
Does it contain explicit nudity?
29 Jun 2011, 15:54 pm
@trollZA(trollZA)-2: Who booed Morne Steyn at Newlands?

not gonna lie. Keo, you had me in stitches
29 Jun 2011, 15:58 pm
ahhhhhh toughies Stormers the KISS OF DEATH has been laid on you
29 Jun 2011, 15:59 pm
Haven’t watched the video yet, but the title suddenly got me thinking:
How come the Crusaders are allowed to use that name in this day and age? Is it just because they’re Kiwis who are so warm and fuzzy tolerant and peaceful as a society?
Because if some American or European nation – and probably a South African team from a traditional white culture chose such a name – it wouldn’t be two minutes before all the radical lefties start proclaiming them racist, colonialist and discriminatory against Muslims who suffered during the real Crusades.
Heck, I just read today that Snorre and Hoskins couldn’t even visit the Holy Land in Israel for private reasons before the very same Cape Crusader fans went blue in the face accusing them of supporting Israel over the peaceful, pacifist and loving Palestinians.
Now Hoskins and Snorre need to make another trip – this time to Palestine – at SARU’s expense and go do some rugby coaching to Hamas and Fatah, just to show that they aren’t expressing favour to the Israeli side of this globally significant conflict.
As if Snorre or Regan could somehow sway world opinion on the matter.
So to come back to my question – how is it that the Kiwi Crusaders have never so much as drawn a single bit of criticism for their choice of name, when it is treated with so much controversy elsewhere?
Heck, it is a huge irony that the very ex-SARU members who moaned about Snorre and Hoskins’ trip to Israel are the ones who support this team of “Crusaders” with gap toothed abandon every time they visit Newlands.
What a laugh.

stormers by 10
my call on Bru as well
Reds by 12
but praying for an upset Blues win
29 Jun 2011, 16:10 pm
The only way that those StormSaders are gonna be silenced is if the Stormers win. Otherwise it’s gonna be another Kiwi parade outside.
@Keo:
Don’t take your frustration out on the Crusader players. It’s not their fault that the Capetonians support them so fanatically. And you can’t expect them to blow the fans off. They’re ignorant of the background and history surrounding the situation and are glad to have fans wherever they go.
I feel like the Cape media is blowing the StormSaders out of proportion. This website to. I’m not saying that it’s not an interesting issue, but this game is possibly the game of the season and has so many great match ups and factors
SBW vs JdV
Flo vs Richie McCaw
Grant vs Carter
Aplon vs Guildford
Elstadt vs Thorn
The list could go on. Don’t let the bitter StormSader idiots ruin the build up for an awesome game of rugby.
29 Jun 2011, 16:17 pm
third time I watched it… ah Keo, pitty you used the F word, otherwise I could have put it on the guys’ fan pages
29 Jun 2011, 16:20 pm
@Caper(Caper)-11: yes…
I agree
fans can do whatever they want in terms of who they support.
You not going to change fans minds by being confrontational.
Stormers need to do there best on the field….a good win will attract more fans….
29 Jun 2011, 16:26 pm
@grant10(grant10)-13: but I am kind of hoping that because tickets went on sale so early, there will be most Stormers supporters at Newlands on Saturday…. HI GRANT
29 Jun 2011, 16:26 pm
@grant10(grant10)-13: Not to say that the StormSaders don’t irritate me, but as do the Bulls fans when the Bulls beat the Stormers.
If StormSaders did not exist the talk of the week would have been about the promising game and match ups.
29 Jun 2011, 16:29 pm
@SpringbokSarah(SpringbokSarah)-14: hi Sarah
How is my main man Luke?
He should of been in the Stormers squad this week!
@Caper(Caper)-15: Fans pay the gate fee, let them decide…..
Both sets of fans must just not cause trouble…..
29 Jun 2011, 16:30 pm
@Caper(Caper)-15: everybody irritates me when they beat the Stormers
29 Jun 2011, 16:30 pm
@grant10(grant10)-16: he’s all good
lol I said exactly the same thing!
29 Jun 2011, 16:31 pm
not ONE sbw article this week?
29 Jun 2011, 16:33 pm
@Transformation(Transformation)-19: I am so sick of him, it’s not even funny
29 Jun 2011, 16:36 pm
@grant10(grant10)-16: And booing is part of the game. Rugby fans don’t get close to soccer fans’ jeering and booing, anyway. Booing is just a part of home ground advantage and it is inevitable.
A few years ago the Newlands announcer would always announce something like, “Please keep quiet during goal kicking… show your respect Newlands… be a supporter in the spirit of the game…” I was always amazed that he (or the Newlands administration) actually thought that they could shut up 50 000 fanatic sport fans! It’s part of sport.
29 Jun 2011, 16:49 pm
CapeCrusaders are bunch of plebs with ego issues, they refuse to support losing teams, you would find them supporting the Crusaders, man u or liverpool, ferrari or any other succsefull brand. These plastic supporters should be looked down on with pity and sympothy. Let’s not talk to much about them because they like the spotlight, rather make a donation towards imadoosofnote.pleb!
29 Jun 2011, 16:50 pm
All donations will go to dennis the dentist that will assist with getting these animals some front teeth so that they can whistle and not booooo!
29 Jun 2011, 16:54 pm
I’m an All Black supporter but I do not understand the booing of any team ever! It’s a function of upbringing, this is rugby we are not football hooligans.

@RugbyGuru_0_(RugbyGuru_0_)-23: And you say the cape crusader supporters haven’t moved on? Wow! And yet you fail to see how those people still see the racial discrimination when you espouse such views.

29 Jun 2011, 17:31 pm
Why is no one asking about the Black supporters of the All Blacks and the Crusaders?
29 Jun 2011, 17:33 pm
Why are we marginalised? There are a hell of a lot of us breathing and cheering! We are not booing anyone though!

A WORD FROM RUGBY GENIUS
*********************************************************************************
My Oupa could tell me that a lion cannot lie down with a springhaas.
These Crusaders are tearing our nation apart. We cannot support for them.
You see today my son had a fight with his best friend for 12 years. The friend have this poster of Sonny Boy Williams & My son took a pen and paint a moustache on Sonny Boy’s face.
Now a big problem and they fight.
Look at this now . We cannot allow this negativeness to happen in rugby.
The simple answer is for all of us to unite ne ?
We must get behind our AC.
Get behind our Stormers.
And most importantly give our undying love to SARU.

Ja and also support our Earlie.
You see how he is being carefully managed. They don’t want to play him too much because then the Kiwi and Aussie teams can have some video tapes of him.
29 Jun 2011, 17:55 pm
Keo calling it for the stormers… Kiss of death.. I would like to see the stormers in the Final but after that rant from that funny looking ou with the big head and the other coloured chappie, Ryan, I am two minded… Fk I never knew Ryan was coloured..Does he know he does not qualify for the Nazi inner circle

Concentrate on your jobs. Rugby.
29 Jun 2011, 18:51 pm
@ Dawn, oh pls, go get urself a sense of humour and where is my salad, do u have any idea how hungry I am? Dawn always have negative comments if your opinion differs, a real groupie that one…

29 Jun 2011, 18:56 pm

29 Jun 2011, 19:16 pm
@Tacitus(Deucalion)-8: what about Durban Crusaders, the club team?
The word “crusade” can also mean “any vigorous, aggressive movement for the defense or advancement of an idea, cause, etc. i.e. a crusade against child abuse.”
In this sense it doesn’t have religious connotations and I’m sure it is in this sense the Crusaders rugby team will tell you their name stems – a vigourous defence/advancement of their Super 15 challenge.
A number of worldwide teams use the same name, including:
Crusaders Rugby League, a Welsh rugby league club (formerly the “Celtic Crusaders”).
Crusaders (rugby) (formerly the Canterbury Crusaders), a rugby union team from New Zealand
Durban Crusaders, a South African club rugby union team
Western Crusaders, a rugby union team from Fiji
Crusaders F.C., an association football team from Northern Ireland
Valparaiso Crusaders, the sports teams of Valparaiso University
Crusaders, the sports teams of the University of Dallas
Holy Cross Crusaders, the athletics teams of College of the Holy Cross
Canisius Crusaders. the athletics teams of Canisius High School, Buffalo, NY
North Greenville Crusaders, the athletic teams of North Greenville University, Tigerville, South Carolina
Harlequins Rugby League, an English rugby league club once known as “London Crusaders”
I don’t think it’s a big deal at all.
29 Jun 2011, 19:20 pm
@RugbyGuru_0_(RugbyGuru_0_)-47: run coconut forest run!!
29 Jun 2011, 19:21 pm
I hope the Stormers shut these despicable traitorous Stormersaders up big time.
And seeing as only 2 home semis have ever been lost in 16 years of Super rugby, the Stormers have a good chance of doing just that, with a po*sklap to spare.
29 Jun 2011, 19:26 pm
Keo wants the locals to support their home town team, but he’s from Cape Town and supports the Bulls??? What a load of drivel.
So if a Capetonian supports the Crusaders because they play more attractive rugby, you want them to start supporting the Stormers instead because they have more coloured boys in the team?? Huh?! Isn’t that a little racist???
And please stop using the example of people carrying the Vierkleur or the old South African flag into stadiums as a counter point for your argument. People waving those flags are offending their fellow South Africans at a much deeper level, while those supporting the Crusaders are just supporting a different team in a game (let’s remember that’s all it is).
As for their behaviour, there is no excuse for behaving like a lout, no matter who you support, but then again I’ve seen plenty of South African fans, after a few too many Castles, behaving like they’ve just crawled out of a sewer – it’s not behaviour that’s reserved for ‘Cape Crusader’ fans.
29 Jun 2011, 19:40 pm
Look, we all know these fools don’t just “support” the Crusaders for playing “attractive” rugby.
That’s just a convenient say-so to gloss over the real truth.
PS. I support the team where my family is based, where I grew up, went to school, etc. i.e I have ties to the region. I have never felt the need or urge to shift teams with the season based on the level of “attractive” rugby played, and certainly feel no affinity whatsoever to any other team from a different region (including those other teams in SA).
No thanks, my team is my team. I don’t flip flop and I do not support a [hugely successful] team to be outwardly antagonistic.
29 Jun 2011, 20:10 pm
What I want to know is what exactly must change at the wprfu for these people to stop supporting foreign teams? What do they want to see happening in South African rugby?
29 Jun 2011, 20:30 pm
Lekker Keo my friend , we will beat them , sorry for all those cape coloureds , they going to cry because the first S15 cup is coming to cape town. Sorry Bulls sorry NZ teams , sorry cape coloureds , i am one but i support a good team the Stormers all the way , we been waiting for a long time , our time is now !
29 Jun 2011, 20:43 pm
@Dwis(Dwis)-53: Cape Talk hadf a radio show about it this afternoon. John Maytham asked one guy who phoned in that question. His answer? “Nothing will make me support South African teams.”
29 Jun 2011, 20:50 pm
that video was hugely entertaining.
from capesaders to “barbarians”
seriously ryan and keo, that was hilarious.
29 Jun 2011, 20:59 pm
@Taahirah
Not sure why you mentioning m.steyn and the bulls – I’m referring to the stormsaders booing the stormer’s kicker when they played the saders at newlands.
I too am annoyed by the attention these clowns are getting, there was a special insert about them on the news the other night. As I said couldn’t care less if they want to support the saders, but they mustn’t be allowed to act like hooligans at the stadium and reduce the quality of the match for players and spectators alike. Hooliganism in all forms from all spectators should be clamped down on, whether its booing and jeering at the kicker or trying to flash a laser pointer in his eyes. Anyone who watched that saders/stormers game could see the stormsaders were behaving like complete dicks. I hate how this **** always gets a political spin on it, it really doesn’t matter what colour they are. Get out.
I also totally disagree with this bs of ‘get over, its a part of sport’. Sure we cannot eliminate this behaviour completely, but if we just accept it, the situation will get worse and worse. That guy who tackled the ref a couple years back was a complete arsehole and so are “some” of these stormsader fans.
29 Jun 2011, 21:06 pm
@wooden spoon(wooden spoon)-50: you forget we one of those teams that lost a home semi to the highlanders. i just pray we pull through on Saturday……and btw i am a coloured that love the stormers win or lose.
29 Jun 2011, 21:09 pm
just you white boys be thankful we not kaizer chiefs supporters.
29 Jun 2011, 21:30 pm
@Wezwp(Wezwp)-59: ignore that stupid comment.
29 Jun 2011, 21:31 pm
my prediction: Crusaders 19 stormers 20
29 Jun 2011, 21:50 pm
If a smattering of Mighty Half Blacks could raise the funds to make the trip from Bonteheuwel to, say, Bloemfontein, I’d like to see them boo the local team against the Crusaders. Because that sht doesn’t travel well to all parts of the Rainbow Nation.
29 Jun 2011, 21:51 pm
What about all that stupid Bulls supporters supporting the Bulls when they down in Cape Town DAMN!!!!!Go STORMERS
29 Jun 2011, 22:02 pm
@Wezwp(Wezwp)-58: Stormers the only team to have lost a semi to a NZ team playing a semi in SA, in 1999. NO SA side has won a semi in NZ ever. So the travel factor is huge.
Go Stormers. Good luck to your team buddy. I really hope they win.
29 Jun 2011, 22:04 pm
@AssassinWP(Ashraf Ismail)-63: Cause those Bulls supporters are actually from Pretoria now living in Cape Town. So naturally they would support their own.
Just like you see a massive turn out of Stormer/Shark Supporters at Loftus when they play Bulls there. Those supporters did once live in Cape Town and Durban but now live in Joburg, but still support their team from where they came from. Makes sense to me.
29 Jun 2011, 22:18 pm

@Puma does make sense but its bloody irratating going to Newlands to watch the beloved Stormers and half the stadium clad in light Blue also all the Blue Bulls supporters i’v encountered has never been to Fortress Loftus or let alone set foot in Pretoria an its a Moerse klomp……….Go Stormers,STORM SAAM!!!!

ha ha just watched the video…boys stick to what u do best,,,,not appearing in videos. How f’n stupid are u going to look if the Stormers get beaten after the Crusaders have done all the travel , no home ground advantage, four south african officials and a weeks rest. I hope for this reason alone the Crusaders shove it rite up ewe
30 Jun 2011, 03:50 am

totally agree – there is nothing objectionable about using a crusader as a mascot….it could be any type of crusader right ?
after all – the crusaders have medieval knights riding on horses before their home games
all my crusaders gear just happens to have a logo with a medieval crusader knight on it…………just a co incidence
by the way…i saw the nsw waratahs mascot tah man on the weekend at my kids rugby games and he was tackled over by some fat kids……i would prefer a crusader over any lame tahman mascot anyday
look out for the next super franchise ….the fascist nazi baby seal clubbing terrorists….
30 Jun 2011, 04:36 am
Hey this guy drowning his sorrows early
A drunk Jetstar passenger just couldn’t seem to make it to the lavatory, instead using the airplane aisle to relieve himself. And, he got off with only a warning.
The New Zealand man was on a flight from Auckland to Singapore Monday, and had been seen by passengers before the flight drinking whiskey with friends out of Burger King cups.
Six hours into the eleven-hour flight, he then proceeded to let loose in the aisle – urinating on the carpet, a man’s leg and a woman’s scarf, reports the New Zealand Herald
30 Jun 2011, 04:47 am
@CoachPete(CoachPete)-74:
You mean besides going to Brisbane via Singapore?!
30 Jun 2011, 04:56 am
@Slartibartfast(Slartibartfast)-75:
Nope he figures no chance this Sat vs Stormers
30 Jun 2011, 05:04 am
What a bunch of freaks…Keo where is your Manchester supporters gear? Let them support who they want.
Calling yourself the Crusaders is no accident and the Crisaders were worse than the mass killing Nazis. It will be like starting the S15 team Team Taliban, Team Kmer Rhouge, Team Haliburton!
Are there any links between this team and the free masons???
Cant see the Stormers winning this one. I would love for them to win but I think Jantjies on fullback instead of Aplon is stoopid, and dropping JDJ?????
30 Jun 2011, 05:25 am
@CoachPete(CoachPete)-76:
Auckland, he is heading for Brisbane…
30 Jun 2011, 05:27 am
@Slartibartfast(Slartibartfast)-78:
he was drunk confused and knows Saders will lose
30 Jun 2011, 05:32 am
@CoachPete(CoachPete)-79:
Well Coach, if he realised all THAT he could not have been that drunk, surely?! I mean I usually ‘feel’ clever (and strong) when I am drunk but it always turns out I was not that bright after all…
30 Jun 2011, 05:38 am
@Slartibartfast(Slartibartfast)-80:
I think this guy was also not that bright
He drank whiskey out of a Burger king cup
Got on the wrong flight to Cape town

Keo, what a joke. You are the only “journalist” who finds it acceptable to curse.
True journalist grow through their stories and insights. You my friend, are more like Jerry Springer and you rely on cursing and the basic demise of human moral standards to gain popularity.
What a joke. By all means continue with your ways, but at least drop the journalist rubbish.

@wooden spoon(wooden spoon)-48:
In previous seasons the Crusaders had guys on horseback dressed as knights galloping around the stadium. Unless there was another bunch of knights that went on a non-religious crusade the reference seems pretty clear.
30 Jun 2011, 09:33 am
Keo called it Stormers by 10. Mmmmmmhh I love it when Keo makes predictions.
30 Jun 2011, 09:35 am

A little personality in SA rugga…I loved that clip boys…getting well excited for Saturday!
As for who you support I’m a long suffering Lions fan. I became that way when I was little and I’ve stuck by them, through thick and thin. Isn’t it a sign of a true supporter that people who turned to the Kiwi’s in darker days are now still loyal to them? I have no problem with locals supporting the crusaders, and I make no judgements on them. Free will and all.
However I really enjoyed the guts and appeal in this clip. The articles come across whiney and berating but in the clip it’s a genuine plea from the heart. I like that. Let the stormers win over the new generation then;)
This week I had mates staying at the Cullinan and they had nothing but good things to say about the Crusaders staying there (except that they tend to crowd out the space in the lift…big team this.)
Last time I supported the Stormers was when they got knocked out at the Newlands Semi in ’99. By the Saders with Blackadder as Captain. The boys went on the strike before he game. I felt personally cheated as a fan.
Perhaps this weekend as someone born in Cape Town, and now living here again, I can be a proud Stormers fans. (Though deep down my Lions will always be #1;))
30 Jun 2011, 10:45 am
@dwightschrute(dwightschrute)-73: @reaper_kzn(reaper_kzn)-90: I don’t find the term “Crusader” offensive, in any shape or form. It’s a part of history, long dead and a product of different times.
Eating pork is offensive to Muslims, have you stopped eating that too?
It’s some lame “theoretical” offence you’ve dreamed up, don’t get your knickers in a knot over nothing.
30 Jun 2011, 10:47 am
Hey Bok fans, how come the Springbok facebook page only has 370 000 fans and our population is 49 000 000! But the NZ All Black facebook page has 900 000 fans and their population is only 4 000 000!! I’m sure we could beat the All Blacks facebook fan page before the World Cup starts! Come on SA..!!!! Bokkkkkkee…!
30 Jun 2011, 10:48 am
ps LOVED the video!
30 Jun 2011, 11:00 am
Good rant.
Nevermind, Crusaders to win despite video, Joubert and Stormers.
30 Jun 2011, 12:52 pm
An entertaining litttle outburst by the Two Stooges.
30 Jun 2011, 12:53 pm
What a load of BS. I bet you Keo & friend have never played rugby in their lives before. Keo you can NEVER try and convince us to support the Stormers – this is a game being played by 2 teams … not politics. I can support who I want and that team is the All Blacks! What freaks me out more is that you make certain comments that you can’t substantiate. Like the one of how many coloureds are in the Stormers team …. yes pls tell me … my latest count was 3 out of the match 15 & 4 out of the 22. After all these years since unification there are a shameful 4 in your 22 … of the 4 in the 22 us coloureds can only associate with 2 (Gio Aplon & Juan De Jongh), since they are the only 2 non-whites within the whole of WP/Boland in the Stormers team (the other 2 are imports from Gauteng, just by the way) …. And you say the team is transformed …. WHAT TRANSFORMATION? Further to think that there are more non-white players in WP than whites, but the team can only produce 2 players from within the borders (excl. the imports). Please get your facts straight before talking sh@t. As for the comments about the supposed rudeness of Cape Crusaders fans. Well I was there and I can tell you that you are blowing this way out of proportion … I have been abused by much worse than that by Springbok supporters all over SA, so I think it’s just sour grapes from your side – after getting beaten by a Crusaders B-TEAM. Win or lose on Saturday I will still support my MIGHTY CRUSADERS. Yes, they are brilliant, but also human. So even a lost for Crusaders/All Blacks won’t change my support for them …. it’s been 32 years of support for the All Blacks! All Blacks for live!
30 Jun 2011, 12:53 pm
@wooden spoon(wooden spoon)-52: U sound like Simon now with his open secrets agenda re Pdiv , there is no way u know. Just give it a rest and support your team. I know I will come Saturday shout for my team and my hero’s !!! Stooooooormerrrs !!!!!! Schalk Burger is Koning !!!

“Marshall World of Sport supports Responsible Gambling. Winners know when to stop”.
Yeah Right.
30 Jun 2011, 13:02 pm
Keo , thats vid is loaded with racial **** , u should be ashamed of yourself !! Telling the colored man who to support , eff u !! I almost wanna support the saders now !! Just who the eff are you and that Ryan **** to tell anyone who to support ?
Ryan , Catch a wake up , the last stormers – saders game ,2 of my friends were assaulted by a narrow minded Afrikaaner who said to them “julle mense moet daar gaan sit” pointing to the old Malay section. He then wanted to get aggro but he did not know that myself and my other friend who were both wearing stormers jersey’s was with the saders fans as friends !!
We banter , they support the saders we the stormers , we DONT spit , get vulgar etc etc , dont generalize !!
PS – u guys look like stupid , sorry stick to writing…….well okay maybe not that also but jaa !!!
30 Jun 2011, 13:06 pm
Oh I forgot to add , just becos one Afrikaaner did that does not mean all Afrikaaners are like that , SA vs ABS 2 years ago , I was behind the poles and this huge Afrikaaner hugged me while we belted out the anthem , one of the times I truley felt like a SA and Bok fan !! Will stay with me for years how much this former hated person of mine now stood hands around me with tears in his eyes shouting for a mutli racial Bok team !! FFS I should not even think of them as Afrikaaners to be honest , we are ALL South Africans and may I remind you people bled and died so that all of us can have the right to choose and not have the right to choose what you want !!
FFS , u guys are the ****** pits !

@sparticus(sparticus)-104:
Perhaps we should have Sparticus TV.
Good stuff.
30 Jun 2011, 13:11 pm
@sparticus(sparticus)-101: comment #100 by “Reegs” has just proven how right I was, and how wrong you are.
Stormersaders mos sommer pack their goed and trek to NZ, if they like it and the people so much. Sies.
30 Jun 2011, 13:37 pm
Keohane and Verde, you guys are an embarassment.
What a sanctimonious, arrogant, rascist diatribe!
How dare you make this game a racial issue on behalf of the Crusaders “they’re WHITE boys from the South of NZ playing against us multicultural…”. “I hate you capecrusaders…you need to…”
I’m not suprised you still have issues over there if you go ordering brown people round like that all the time, but don’t drag us kiwis into it.
The Crusaders don’t know whether the skin is brown or white or various shades in between in their team, it is irrelevant – they are coming to beat the Stormers at rugby that’s all. It is a game.
Our nation has been dragged into your racist messes before through sport and it does not need to happen again so leave us out of it.
30 Jun 2011, 13:41 pm
@Sparticus-103: Your 1st paragraph sums it up brilliantly. This is not just an attack on the Saders fans, but on coloureds in general. Not the 1st time he’s done so! This is how he wants do sell his stories … effing prick!
30 Jun 2011, 13:44 pm
@cane(cane)-102:
lol, yeah what a classic.
amazing what bullshit gets spewed to make a buck in advertising.
30 Jun 2011, 13:45 pm
A driver is stuck in a traffic jam in Cape Town.
Suddenly, a man knocks on the car window.
The driver rolls down his window and asks. ‘What’s going on?’
‘Terrorists down the road have kidnapped Keo, Ryan and JC.
They’re asking for a 10 million rand, ransom otherwise they’re going to douse them with petrol and set them on fire.
We’re going from car to car, taking up a collection.’
The driver asks. ‘How much is everyone giving, on average?’
‘Most people are giving about five litres.’
30 Jun 2011, 13:47 pm
@wooden spoon(wooden spoon)-106: Guy , there is not right and wrong. My point is so what ?? You generalizing again , my friends support ABS , FFS my brother and dad sometimes support the ABS. Must they also leave ? They dont go around abusing people to justify their love of the ABS.
U know just try and put the boot on the other foot , imagine 30 years from now for whatever reason someone tells u to support the ABS cos its the correct thing to do , maybe for instance say the ABS are made up of second generation South African expats and the Boks are made up of 80% Zulu’s or whatever !! !! Now I know its stupid but the point is just as passionate you are about the Boks so are they about their team for whatever reason !!
Sorry but I don’t see why firstly it has anything to do with anyone who supports who and secondly I hate this generalizing k@k and painting these ABS supporters with a tainted brush !! I have seen worse Stormers/WP/Bok supporters than these guys , they just here to support their team. WE should let go and focus on our team !!
30 Jun 2011, 13:48 pm
@cane(cane)-105: LOL nah Cane , I’ve been told I have a face for radio !!
30 Jun 2011, 13:49 pm
apparently its a plea from keo’s heart, not his arse.
30 Jun 2011, 13:49 pm
This wasn’t an attack on coloureds it was an attack on all right thinking Saffa’s! Keo behaving like a badass punk made me cringe with embarrassment.
I just hope that all the overseas bloggers realise that the vast majority of saffa rugby fans have tons more class than those two.
Just when you think that things have moved on 2 immature jerks figure out how to work a camera and an internet link.
******* imbeciles!

lol this just reminded me of an altercation Ryan had with family friends mine a few years back. I think it started on Facebook and then it went to them personally phoning each other and dissing the **** out of one another. lol funny stuff.
30 Jun 2011, 14:10 pm
@cab(cab)-120:
We’re living out in the sticks now, with satelite broadband and lots of farm jobs to do so going on here isn’t so easy these days.
No, I don’t think the Crusaders are a done deal at all. I was very suprised to see the TAB tag them favourites.
I think the Saders will win if they can move the ball wide and get those big stormers tired and basically play like they did against the Sharks.
The stormers will win if they tackle hard and fast and keep it in the forwards, and do it for 80 minutes.
What is the weather forecast like over there? That will play a part too.
30 Jun 2011, 14:13 pm

I think Grant10 should be invited to the Keo Studios (the men’s room in the basement of Keo HQ), to espouse the talents of Lard-arse Smit.
He (grant10) has through consistency and dedication earned this honour.

30 Jun 2011, 15:09 pm
Ryan, since you a cullart – How does Keo’s racism affects you everyday?
Or are you 1 of those Banana types?
30 Jun 2011, 15:12 pm
Unfortunately that piece of unintentional reverse psychology on that video will cause them to be more raucous and turn out in more numbers if any of them view it…
30 Jun 2011, 15:20 pm
Cane, Sparticus and co…great posts…
I like the clip for pure entertainment value. True it makes keo look a little vulnerable to his own racial prejudices but aren’t we all? Maybe I’m too accommodating but he didn’t come across bigoted…just saying what he feels.
Maybe he’s spot on for some Stormsaders though, but not all I’m sure. It’s as if as a proud white south african he feels somehow personally attacked by these foreign allegiances. I almost feel for the guy;)
What I liked about it is he was giving it from his perspective. It’s not the angle I’d have chosen for Keo TV this week… there are so many other juicy things to talk about…but I thought it was pretty fun. Totally ridiculous, but fun.
For some other laughs have a look at the clip on rugby heaven of SBW and Nonu having a giggle about dry cleaning the new all black jersey…awesome…
30 Jun 2011, 15:24 pm
@Mighty Horua(Mighty Horua)-136: That a good question, i would say he should feel rather aggrieved and “raped” as keo and his gang of idiots would put it! Hehehe!
Keo you effen d o o s! Has anyone noticed that keo looks like a *** beach bunny on these vids! At first glance one would think a guy looking like that would know more about kinky *** wips or whatever they are called than rugby! Hehehehe!
30 Jun 2011, 15:30 pm
Keo for president of White rugby federation, fighting for justice rigetheousness and “equality”, to preserve a country where the white ego-sensitive racist g a y males like yourself can roam freely and oppresses cullerts without inhibition! Viva keo you have my vote, if racial propoganda is your last name, Malema-ness is your mind game! P O E P H O L !
Hehehehe!

30 Jun 2011, 15:38 pm
Keo, your hatred for the Cullart is sickening.
The majority of them Brownies are indeed Stormers supporters. However, your article and thoughts are truely reflective of your ingrained hatred for the Lazy, tik users and pap sak suipers.

They would have loved to be 100%, white as they view, whites as the superior race!!! Hehehehe! P O E P H O L!
30 Jun 2011, 15:48 pm

30 Jun 2011, 16:22 pm
lol,mullets and v tecs, this was really good.
30 Jun 2011, 17:08 pm
You think you have it bad with the Cape Coloured living in the past, try living in NZ. We are stuck with all the racist white South Africans from the apartheid era who couldnt stand having a black president so had to leave South Africa and come here. They still wave their old flags, they must be horrified by all the Maori and Polynesian people in NZ though so I think they will be moving on to a “whiter” country soon
30 Jun 2011, 17:20 pm
@ShutUrMeouf(ShutUrMeouf)-150: hahahaha
are you talking about Tackler?
30 Jun 2011, 18:13 pm
Keo
you are one ugly mo fo
1 Jul 2011, 09:30 am
K@k video, with a lot of racist drivel against colored ppl. Generalizing , no wonder these Cape Crusaders hates you back Ryan(banana type). i’m a Stormers supporter but has also seen enough of how a little bit of support of other teams lets the suppressed racist views creep out from under the skin.
1 Jul 2011, 19:33 pm
Keo, dont like you much, but you have balls. Thank you for saying it the way it is. Come on people from Cape Town – one team one nation.
1 Jul 2011, 20:06 pm
Tell me, where in South Africa does Ryan come from?
That is one ‘wierd accent’ !!
(Speaking as one of the resident Brits)
1 Jul 2011, 20:14 pm
@Weskusklong(Weskusklong)-153: What utter ****. Screw these antagonistic, racist, traitorous losers who are relics of the Apartheid past. One city, one team, one nation. They can all fokkof to NZ if they like it so much, and take their racism with them.
Have your say
