Yes, so you will see franchises having two different teams soon. One playing super rugby and the other Currie Cup. Well I hope you guys bash the Bully boys today…

Yep there is too much rugby, way too much. I actually suspect that, other reasons not considered, the extra burden of the CCup doesn’t help us at test level.

Kiwis and Ozzies play Super, and that is about all as the ITC or NPC or whatever doesn’t even have the same teams as Super Rugby.

Our guys smash each other day in and out.

Currie Cup was the pinacle, but Super Rugby has killed the Currie Cup, which is such a pity mate. Nothing better than winning the local competition.

You have to agree that they are diluting the value of the Currie Cup and need to ensure that the best are playing all the time, otherwise we the supporter feel short changed. Mate I’m just joking with you, the Sharks were great in the final – the best played the best and you guys surely deserved the trophy.

The way forward – man I don’t know…too much rugby…the guys are buggered at the end of super rugby, then Tri nations and then World cup… man that is tough… I say let some of our weaker teams, like lions, kings go play heineken cup and get some experience and improve our game…

The Indians are so clever with IPL – making India a super power with their rules chosing the teams. I say we should make a compo, which is similar here…maybe you and I

I watched an ITM cup game this morning and IMO the CCup is stronger, a lot stronger. I guess I like the fact we beat the bejeepers out of each other…

To be quite honest though, I would be happy to see international franchises like WP, Sharks, Bulls and other playing SuperRugby and North South. They are better in most areas than most National Teams as the play together so much.
