@UK Bok(UK Bok)-13: I agree. Stats will show how overrated Spies is and useless Smit. Matfield, however, is a must. Especially the way he played the last few games for the Bulls. Was a a bit lazy at the beginning of season.

Surely Rassie will recognise how useless Spies is. Might make quite a few tackles, but the stats don’t show the lack of aggression and commitment. That’s his job to show the coaches. Don’t understand why there are articles on Kanko, but Spies escape.
I will bet everything that a Bok pack with Smit, Matfield and Spies will NOT win the WC. Maybe 1 of the 3, but if all in same p
ack then we will go home early.

@RL(RL)-8: stormers still lack a formidable set of props and half back combo with good depth. if they had those positions covered they'd probably have done better. incidentally they are the most successful SA Super rugby team for last 2 seasons if you use average log position as a measurement. stormers have improved a lot since rassie came on board. what i read in this article is that rassie fills a void in the skill set of the current bok setup. if boks do win, he'll have an impact. it will not be attributable to him in isolation.

If you want to read them when they are fresh and more relevant, then buy the mag when it hits the shelves. I don't see how you can complain about having to pay R26 for a 140-page mag.
