Bok latest – ‘Injured’ Boks have recovered
5 Aug 2011
Keo.co.za brings you news from the Springbok camp.
‘Injured’ Boks have recovered – Peter de Villiers says he will have a stronger squad for the home leg of the Tri-Nations.
The Springbok head coach will announce a squad on Friday, where at least 14 first-choice players will return from the sidelines. The 21-man injured group have spent time at a camp in Rustenberg while a weakened Bok team toured Australasia.
‘I know all the Bulls guys will be well rested. They had an extra week to recover and the nice thing about it is that the players’ bodies had the chance to recover,’ said De Villiers. ‘The injuries are now something of the past and are now just niggles. And one can play with niggles.’
De Villiers is, however, worried about hardman Juan Smith, who is still struggling to recover from injury. Smith was expected to make his return against the All Blacks in Port Elizabeth, but that remains doubtful.
The Tri-Nations squad will meet in Durban on Sunday ahead of their next match against the Wallabies next weekend.

The US debt ceiling is raised to honour commitments already passed by Congress. It does not allow the President to increase his spending without Congressional approval.

Judging by the hot but horribly sick discussion from the early posts 100 to well into the 200s,it seems there are clearly three things uppermost in the ‘minds’ of at least 97% of the former franchised(plus the lone arrogant ‘wannabe’ SuperBlack) last thing at night and first thing in the morning when fear of the new day mosts stalks them because of the high concentration level of cortisol coursing in their arterial blood at that time, these are:
1. RACE – as in their cultural racist upbringing in S.A.
2. Neo-racist RUGBY
3.The Extra-Terrestrial and how to deal with his TRUTH of any situation in S.A.
Just RELAX there are only 34 s hit days to the WC thhat you have to deal with and of course the WC itself which will be extremely painful for you sorry lot. I cannot be held responsible for your sick choices based on pathologic nationalism and sicker patriotism

The height, of even S. African, cowardice is a bunch of former franchised sitting in the centre of the area effected by drawn wagons ‘skindering soos ‘n mengsel wasvroue’ about things racist( ” Indian”, “muslim cullart”,”Malay”, “injun”, “greek”, “Zulu”, “Xhosa” and such like) sniggering wholeheartedly as they hurl their archaic abuse and notions. They claim, amongst other false pitiful cries, that I am in the 80s even 70s but if I was present today I would be slap-bang in the year 2011, Aug. 5th judging from the ethnic tags above of “Indian”, “muslim cullart”, “injun” etc.
Added to that the cowardice is emphasised when they hurl abuse at the Extra-Terrestrial in his suspended state of semi-death (for that is really what sleep is), meaning he is not present to defend himself against the sordid lies, such is their untold ‘bravery’. Among them number ALL these well-known and proven racists such as WPTID, Katman, Gunther, Grant10, the lone arrogant black.
But thankfully there is one notable and shining exception to these ‘verkramptes’ and that saves humanity from total rejection and revulsion.
The glorious failure of the RWC awaits you and the nails will be truly hammered into all those raw places of hurt.

HG, you are 100% correct about your ” … incomplete information ” and the dishonesty of this boy, Megatroll Transkeo.
Post #214 is nothing but his(Trans’) spin on the repugnant, corrupt Gerald Majola’s pathetic smoke screen spin on the findings I give IN FULL below.
The boy once again showed his arrogance by boasting that Gerald the stealing rat will survive this scandal and get off clean.
It is now in legal hands.

{{{ Calculating Majola lied, says report

By Stuart Hess
Aforensic audit of Cricket SA (CSA) run by the accountancy firm KPMG paints a picture of a dysfunctional sports body in which chief executive Gerald Majola appears determined to line his own pocket, allegedly lied, and a board of directors appear ignorant of moves being made on the organisation’s behalf.
Majola is said to have single-handedly negotiated bonus payments with the Indian Premier League (IPL), did not disclose he’d received a bonus for his part in hosting that event and then received further bonus payments for the same event. The same happened with regard to the ICC Champions Trophy.
KPMG also found serious flaws with regard to CSA’s travel policy, with Majola seemingly making up a travel budget as he went along.
CSA’s board decided at the weekend to seek legal advice over what steps to take regarding Majola after accepting that he’d breached four instances of irregular conduct regarding the Companies Act.
KPMG’s audit identifies four instances of “possible irregular conduct with respect to the Companies Act.” They all relate to bonuses received by majola for the IPL and the Champions Trophy.
”It is clear from the information collated that there are significant differences of opinion about the existence, implementation as well as the appropriateness of a policy governing bonus payments and remuneration in general within CSA. The same applies to travel-related expenses,” the audit report reads.
“Although documents were provided to us, differences of opinion persisted as to whether these in fact constituted formal policies for CSA, and secondly, whether these have been formally adopted and universally implemented. This resulted in us being unable to measure the conduct under review against clear and universally accepted policies and practicies.”
On the IPL, which was hosted by South Africa in 2009, KPMG reports that Majola negotiated a “heads of agreement” with the league that was “silent on bonus payments”. The agreement, which was signed in March 2009, was drafted by lawyers for the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI, which oversees the IPL) but was not passed to CSA’s lawyers and was only reviewed by Majola and CSA’s former chief operating officer, Don McIntosh. The IPL tournament took place in April/May of 2009, but no CSA board member saw the heads of agreement until June/July of that year, when the Gauteng Cricket Board demanded to see it.
KPMG states that CSA was unable to find a budget schedule for the IPL, although a BCCI official provided them with a “draft budget” which Majola had in his possession.
“The draft budget provided to us by the BCCI representative did not specifically provide for staff costs or bonuses for CSA staff. McIntosh confirmed to us that the initial agreements did not make provisions for any CSA staff or bonus costs. Majola did not agree with this statement by McIntosh,” the report says.
In outlining how CSA staff received bonuses for the IPL, KPMG found that Majola “negotiated bonuses… subsequent to the tournament” and “provided a mechanism for the calculation of the IPL bonuses” while McIntosh “calculated and populated a schedule for the recording of the bonuses”.
Majola then suggested amendments and signed off on the schedule. Majola received just over R1.13 million, which is eight times his monthly salary, while McIntosh pocketed R797 999.20, seven times his monthly salary. The combined value represented 70 percent of the total IPL bonuses paid by CSA to its staff.
“The bonuses were paid on July 22, 2009 from CSA’s bank account and from CSA’s funds… At the time of payment of these bonuses, the BCCI owed CSA an amount of R25 886 947. Majola was unable to explain why these bonuses were paid from CSA funds.”
KPMG found that Majola and McIntosh “worked hand-in-hand and jointly calculated, determined and authorised the IPL bonuses without deferring to any other CSA official or body. They consequently… calculated their own bonuses.”
While Majola contends he did not negotiate for the IPL bonuses to be paid to staff, KPMG states that sufficient “evidential material” exists to contradict CSA’s chief executive. This includes evidence of a meeting with an IPL official in London in 2009 and a letter written to a senior BCCI official in June 2009 in which he requests “some sort of performance payment pool” for CSA staff.
Majola received bonuses totalling over R4.15m between May 2009 and May 2010, though members of CSA’s remuneration committee – a body established to oversee bonus payments – reported he’d failed to disclose that he’d already received bonuses for the IPL and ICC Champions Trophy.
In meetings between Majola, CSA president Mtutuzeli Nyoka and the Gauteng Cricket Board – who at the time accused Majola of financial impropriety in August 2009 – Majola chose not to explain that he’d negotiated for bonuses with the IPL. KPMG slammed him for not revealing to Nyoka and then GCB chairman Barry Skjoldhammer that he’d in fact received payments, which Majola described as “commissions”.
“The common law fiduciary duties of a director towards a company require in general that a director, at all times must act with reasonable care and skill and secondaly act bona fide for the benefit of the company.”
“We conclude that the conduct of Majola…created a conflict between his interest (him receiving a bonus from the IPL in a perceived secret or incidental manner) and the way he responded to inquiries from other board members (a perceived attempt to keep his benefit secret or incidental) and that of the company (the way in which the IPL tournament was executed and allegations of poor management)
As regards travel, Majola was found to be unable to provide explanantions or documentation relating to trips undertaken by him and his wife. In one instance Majola claimed expenses from CSA totalling R5 987 after being invited by one of CSA’s sponsors to watch the Nedbank Golf Challenge at Sun City in 2009.
In a statement this week, Majola said he was happy to take part in the inquiry: “I am proud that as CEO of CSA my organisation has welcomed scrutiny of its affairs in such a clear and transparent manner…Although a costly and emotional exercise, it affirms our belief in an open, democratic style of leadership.”

@ET.(ET.)-361:
In short, he double dipped twice for two separate tourneys, IPL and ICC Champions. He took the single-handedly negotiated sums of both tourneys from CSA(Cricket S.A.)funds and when the Indians and World bodies paid the bonuses he took the sums again to gain in excess of R4.15M.
And then there is the travel cheating of CSA money for family memebers to even golf days.
He is a hero for our Megatroll Transkeo who now plays around with larger sums of about R68m. as opposed to smaller sums of money
If a prossie takes $20 or $1m she is still a prossie. Seems like the g-spot Transvestie fits the bill.
