O’Connor in for Ioane - James O’Connor replaces the injured Digby Ioane for Australia’s crucial Test against Ireland in Auckland.
O’Connor’s elevation sees Drew Mitchell come onto the bench. The winner of the match is likely to qualify at the top of the pool and face South Africa in the quarter-final.

Ireland lose Flannery – Hooker Jerry Flannery has torn a calf muscle and will play no further part in Ireland’s World Cup campaign.
Flannery was named on the Ireland bench for Saturday’s crucial game against Australia, but suffered an injury on Tuesday at training. Medical tests have since confirmed that he will be out for six weeks.
Sean Cronin will take Flannery’s place in the match 22, while Damien Varley is likely to link up with the squad in New Zealand.
