    Poor Andries Strauss. He’ll have to refind his form if he wants to play S15 next season. But obviously Snyman is in to add to the attack. Naka’s going for more of an attacking approach… to score as many tries possible, and ignoring the defense.

    In that case I would have selected Riaan Smit on 10, but obviously you can’t take Sias undercooked into the playoffs.

    @Bouts(Bouts)-1: We’ll take him back at the Sharks – even an off form Strauss is better than the **** we have (unless of course, Plum grows a pair and bloods some of our junior talent)…

    @NicG(NicG)-2:
    Agree, he can come back to Sharks any time.
    Started slow but steadily improved when he was there.
    Sharks would be a far better team with a couple of decent centres as I guess everyone knows.

    These Lions better improve on the Sharks woeful performance against WP. I can’t believe this p*sspoor WP team actually managed to beat the Sharks in the tank.

    There must be huge problems in Durban.

    Lions loose trio is stronger thanks to baywatch’s injury.

    I don’t understand why Van Rensburg still gets a start. He looks so uninterested on the field. Surely Mitchell can replace him with Kamana? Lions will be focused for this one and maybe give some of these guys a rest before the semi and offer the Sharkies a freebie….. ;)

    @Tacitus(Deucalion)-5:

    For a team of youngsters and no boks (aside from Jantjies), this “p*sspoor WP team”, as you state, has done quite well in my opinion. Fourth on the log I think.

    @Stawm(Stawm)-10: Hey, Lions have no Boks (aside from their own Jantjies) and they’re first on the log.

    Interesting that Sadie’s on the bench for WP.
