Marc Lievremont has picked the same starting XV for Sunday’s World Cup final against the All Blacks.
The same France XV that fronted Wales in last week’s semi-final at Eden Park are preferred. Lievremont, however, will not name the replacement bench until Friday.

Thierry Dusautoir (c), 5. Lionel Nallet, 4. Pascal Pape, 3. Nicolas Mas, 2. William Servat, 1. Jean-Baptiste Poux.

Oh dear they’re in for a hiding.
May have been time to give Barcella another shot in the front-row! Also shore up the defense out-wide, and include Trinh-duc? They’re going to have to play territory, because if New Zealand gets into their half they’re going to score tries, lots of them.
New Zealand 43 – 3 France.

@Black Panther(Black Panther)-2:
I’m hoping France bring their ‘A’ game and make it a contest.
But AB’s should walk it.

All Blacks to shoot into a 20-0 early on with the French slowly chipping away at that with the boot of Yachvili….Once the French get some points on the board the All Black belief will start slipping.

@hendrikp(hendrikp)-1: Agreed – at least by 20 points – the french really dont deserve to be in this final.

stew – It is a shame the Welsh were robbed of playing 15 mean, they would have given the ABs a better game!!
