TheTackler – I say thi siwth great respect for Dan Carter but Lossing Dan Carter this RWC was the best thing that cold have happened to the ABs. DCs loss forced the ABs to play their best rugby ever, for too long the ABs have relied eavily on DC e.g. RCC2007, so whenever his form dipped the whole team followed. Not so this RWC they have managed to break their mental reliance on DC and have played sublime rugby!!
By the way the ABss will destroy the French on Sunday!!”

Richie , the best ever leader of a rugby team. Will he retire after this RWC ? Leave on the top , rather than over stay his welcome ? I think he will put the team first and then make an honest call. Dan Carter , best ever flyhalf . How many years do he still have left in him ?

With the likes of Cruden , Dagg and Jane , the Blacks have enough players to slot straight in to keep this team strong. The boks on the other hand will struggle, too many great players leaving at the same time. The only real stand out player right now is Lambie and Frans Steyn , they both have another RWC in them.

The next bok coach will really have to be a great leader and planner , the talent is here , just get the right people in the right places with the right structures and it could be a very powerful bok team.

DC — best flyhalf ever– gets crocked. In comes Colin Slade, whu gets crocked too. So in comes the #3 flyhalf, Cruden, and he plays a complete blinder, As good as Carter. THAT is what you call strength in depth.

Look at the ages of these guys, 22 or so and playing like this already. Slade, Cruden, Dagg, Kahui…and the next WC just four years away….making them about 26 ………..approximately 1450 days for those that maybe counting until their next chance. ;_)
