Bulls prop Rossouw de Klerk will miss the first three months of the Super Rugby season due to a foot injury.

Reports from the Bulls camp say that De Klerk will undergo an operation and will be sidelined until the end of May 2012. De Klerk picked up the foot injury during the Currie Cup, and the Bulls medical staff felt it was best to have the operation sooner rather than later.

The Bulls are yet to replace the young prop in their wider training squad.
