That has to be good news for scotland as parks in my view was the worst fly-half to have played for scotland for years,he would not get a game for SA schoolboys team here.

@blueboy-2: Fact is if you took Parks out the last 20 games or so scotland have played we would not have won any games! Parks booted all 21 points against the Boks in the 21-17 loss so to claim he wouldnt get a game for a Springbok curry cup side is a bit over the top. Parks was a great tactical kicker when he was on form. The Scottish forwards on Saturday did not lay a good platform for him it was a joint effort from pretty much everybody last Saturday that cost us the game! There is simply no excuse to lose to an England team that poor at home! If morne Steyn can get a game for the boks then there is hope for most fly halfs, what he kicks in points he costs in tries. The Bok Backline years ago with James at 10 was scoring tries, Habana,Pietersen, fourie and Jdv were scoring almost every game but not anymore, have all these players lost their form, not likely. The problem lies with the sh@t service they are recieving. Steyn has no tactical kicking game either he is a hit and hope fly half. With the talent the Boks had at this world cup, coupled with the poor quality teams all round on show, this world cup should have been a gift for the Boks
