Triple boost for Brumbies

The Brumbies’ Test trio of Stephen Moore, Ben Alexander and Pat McCabe could be fit for their team’s Super Rugby opener against the Force next weekend.

In the Brumbies’ trial match against the Reds, Wallabies hooker Moore and prop Alexander suffered elbow and shoulder injuries respectively. Utility back McCabe was only due back in several weeks time after injuring his shoulder in the World Cup, but there is a chance the fullback/centre will feature next Friday in Canberra.

Head coach Jake White confirmed that Alexander and Moore are expected to play while a decision on McCabe will be made late next week.
