Kaino crocked
12 Mar 2012
Jerome Kaino has been ruled out for the rest of the Super Rugby season with a shoulder injury.
The Blues and All Blacks loose forward was initially sidelined for two weeks after sustaining the injury in the Round 2 clash against the Chiefs. It was learned on Monday, however, that Kaino will need surgery and will be out of all rugby for the next six months.
The news means he won’t feature for the Blues again in 2012 and will miss the All Blacks’ three-Test series against Ireland this June. It also means Kaino could miss the Rugby Championship that kicks off in August.

Big blow for the Blues and All Blacks. Although the Blues outmuscled the Bulls without Kaino. I dont think they will be able to outmuscle the Stormers though.
Have your say
