Blues lock Anthony Boric will miss the match against the Stormers because of a neck injury.

Boric’s injury means Filo Paulo will start alongside Ali Williams in the second row. Brad Mika will provide lock cover from the bench.

Because of Rene Ranger’s two-week suspension for a dangerous tackle in last week’s match against the Bulls, Sherwin Stowers will come into the starting line-up.

Michael Hobbs is unavailable due to the death of his father Jock, while Isaia Toeava, Rudi Wulf and George Moala are all injured.

    I believe the stormers as per will be tougher than the bulls on defense, but will they have anything on attack? Hard to say.

    The Blues on the other hand, even with their injuries and suspensions are in with a chance if they can fix up their penalty count at the break down and the forwards can gain parity at the lineout (scrum should go ok) will give the backs a chance to fire.
