Noord-Kaap, Boland shine at Saints Festival

Noord-Kaap and Boland Landbou won all their matches at the St Stithians Easter Festival.

Noord-Kaap downed Helpemekaar 21-15 and Boland Landbou smashed the tournament’s invitational XV 49-8 on the third and final day to confirm their unbeaten status at the festival. Noord-Kaap also beat St Stithians (34-12 on day one) and Northwood (54-10 on day two), while Boland triumphed over Helpemekaar (59-7 on day one) and Windhoek (35-29 on day two) earlier in the weekend.

In other results, Windhoek thrashed Graeme 44-0 and Trinity edged Northwood 10-7. Hosts Saints ended their miserable run to pick up their first win of the festival with a 25-3 victory over Kingswood.
