Crusaders cleared of foul play

Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder has demanded an apology from the Bulls after eye-gouging allegations against his team couldn’t be substantiated by the Super Rugby citing commissioner.

Bulls forwards Chiliboy Ralepelle and Flip van der Merwe complained to referee Jaco Peyper that they had been eye-gouged during their match in Pretoria, won 32-30 by the Bulls. Peyper used a white card to refer the incidents to the citing commissioner.

According to reports in New Zealand, the commissioner has reviewed the video footage of the incidents in question and found the Crusaders not guilty.

‘The citing commissioner has reviewed it and after that review there was nothing in the video footage that would point to the allegation being substantiated,’ Sanzar chief executive Greg Peters said.

‘The citing commissioner also found it interesting that the Bulls did not follow through with a complaint within the four-hour window after the game.’

After the game, Blackadder said he was ‘bemused’ at the allegations and demanded an apology if they were found to be incorrect. Following the citing commissioner’s ruling and after looking at the footage, the Crusaders coach wonders why the Bulls would have made such claims.

‘The first one with Chiliboy, you would expect that the player would come out of the breakdown holding his eye, but he certainly didn’t. I wonder whether it was a negative ploy.’

Captain Kieran Read also said that he was disappointed with the Bulls for accusing the Crusaders of such tactics.

‘Initially I was really surprised at the allegations,’ he said. ‘It has now come out that there’s no case to answer.

‘It’s a kick in the guts to us because we’re men of integrity and it’s no surprise that it’s turned out the way it has.’

I saw nothing suggesting eye gouging. At best it could have been accidental.I think what todd blackadder means is that players shouldn’t throw wild accusations about.if gouging is proven I have 2 ‘saders players as suspects based on their on field body language throughout the match.mind you I was sitting 60 metres from the field.one is a flanker and the other is a prop.

jeezus is that ugly wench supposed to be pretty .. pity the poor froggy that married such a self obsessed battle ax .. rather him than me

blondes really gotta be extraordinary beautiful otherwise they turn out kinda ugly

unlike dark chicks who are beautiful whatever their features portray .. must be something in the lack of genetic metabolism that shows up in pale face saxon girls who don’t have enough chromosomes feeding their regenerative organs or something, maybe the Caucasian originated from some planet in another galaxy and can’t get enough sustenance into their alienated blood stream on this earthly planet… let the scientists disprove it.. who else the fark knows who it all came to pass.

  • 229.ashampoopaloo: Reply to this comment

women can be extraordinary beautiful .. but they gotta have some real earth mother attributes otherwise they just will o the wispy fairy godmothers from some other far off planet .. I mean ask Zeus and Apollo how beautiful earth women are.. .. they ain’t these light skinned fair headed dandelions that you can blow into orbit like a puff of smoke in the air.. this Brick chick is as ugly as her second name suggests.. thick as two bricks is that battle ax.. and as appealing as a couple of bricks just the same.

I went to see the Disneyland version of Edgar Rice Burroughs classic ‘a princess from Mars’ called ‘John Carter’ . Now that princess was exceptionally beautiful.. and she weren’t blond she was all full blooded red skin Brunette .. at least Disneyland knows what a true Martian princess supposed to look like.

@ashampoopaloo(joel1yahoo)-231: uhm…you think the red hair and red planet had been used as a convenient link?

but now i am confused, is it redheads that come from outer space or just blondes?

what about blond haired girls with brown eyes or blue eyed girls with dark hair like you get in kashmir after alkexander the great and his merry band of blondes shagged their way across asia?

its a long way to travel for a roll in the hay if you ask me. no, not macedonia to pakistan, outer space to macedonia to pakistan with a bit of overseeing at the pyramids in egypt and guatemala thrown in.

but i suppose have spaceship will travel applied back then just as now.

  • 234.ashampoopaloo: Reply to this comment

dunno where the red hair originated from.. but the inter galactic travel theory definitely got some merit.. where the fark did Zeus and Apollo come from and impregnate all the local earthly lassies with their godly seed? Nasa and plenty authorities got enough evidence of some close encounters of other kinds in their archives of ufo sightings and material…

why would they call white skinned people Caucasians cause they come from the Caucuses, where the first Aryan races were supposed to manifest, who knows perhaps Zeus and his cronies came here from outa space and started all this inter galactic inter racial interbreeding and now we got such a hotchpotch of mixed genetic bloodlines and cultures nobody knows the earthlings from the aliens anymore…

All I know is I prefer earthly women and not those ‘other worldly’ kind…

@ashampoopaloo(joel1yahoo)-234: The genetics for the blond hair – blue eye combo is said to originate from Denmark; red hair from Scotland, though it can probably be traced further back to Western European Neanderthals.

I think perhaps the red hair comes from mixed chromosomes between the Dravidian and the Aryan offshoots of the Caucasian races

And if we are to believe Darwin then all humans were originally descendants from the great Apies of the African planes.. but then Darwin don’t know half of wtf been going down through human or universal or intergalactic history.. wtf does the poor dumbfounded scientist know about where he originated and where he did not?

A 1989 article in Scientific American by Colin Renfrew classifies the Dravidian race, along with the Semitic race and the Aryan race, as the three major subdivisions that emerged from the Proto-Caucasian race, which he states separated into the aforementioned three groups about 9,000 BCE after migrating from North Africa—-

the Semitics (i.e., Proto-Semitics) establishing themselves in and radiating from Jericho, the Aryans (i.e., Proto-Indo-Europeans) establishing themselves in and radiating from Catal Huyuk, and the Dravidians (i.e., Proto-Dravidians) establishing themselves in and radiating from what is now southern Iran.[18]
In the early twentieth century, Carleton Coon argued that the “Caucasoid race” is of dual origin, consisting of Upper Paleolithic (mixture of H. sapiens and neanderthalensis) types and Mediterranean (purely H. sapiens) types. He repeated his theory in his 1962 book The Origin of Races.

crikey bloody Moses golf is about as exciting as skittle sticks – only a bunch of red haired mongoloids from the north shores of Britannica could have come up with a sporting code where you try hit a little ball made from wound up elastic into a hole about 500 yards away and walk after it in search of some dumbfounded vainglory… and the money moguls go befok bananas after this code of absolute abject brainless insanity…

@ashampoopaloo(joel1yahoo)-244: No one pays attention to Coon these days, though yes admixture is acknowledged by many scholars between Neanderthals and **** sapiens sapiens (in the Levant). Colin’s article is widely regarded as invalid, including by himself. I have met Colin a few times. There is so much mix and matching going on.

Dravidian & Aryan were conceived as linguistic, not ethnic, groupings originally btw.

Don’t get me wrong. I appreciate that you are grappling with various pieces of literature and your own ideas.

The bit of info I mentioned on the genetics comes from a book I have upstairs written by Steve Jones, the UCL geneticist.
