The stormers showed how to beat my highlanders, but I wonder if the bulls can discipline themselves not to play any rugby like the stormers did. The bulls this year are a tryscoring team & Morne’s boot is off, so will they be able to fan & prey on mistakes? I am looking fwd to that one. (At least the weather won’t be a factor!)

The chiefs look VERY dangerous at home & it will take a good team to beat them.

If the Bulls can build momentum over their 1st three games, they may be able to do it.

In my opinion, Morne needs to find his range & the bulls have to whip the rebels & pour through the Tahs.

Maybe then they can get their tails up & go well over here.

Some guys criticize teams because they play bad rugby and dont improve (wanting them to be more competitive against foreign competition), that I can live with, but if its just to try and prove that they aren’t better than your own team, its petty and childish.

I sure hate it if most of our teams dont win each weekend. It hardly happens and it proves that SA supporters are a bit jaded, because they dont care when only a few SA teams win on a regular basis. Its probably no wonder why no one gives a damn that the lions have been going under for so long. Theyve been allowed to become such a mess, because of the lack of pride we have in all our teams in general. We always complain that we should be the best team in the world (boks) , but we dont want the best for all our teams! how does that work?

Its pretty narrow minded and quite sad and embarrassing. Provincialism is no better than those south africans who support the Kiwi teams and All blacks.
