Two seasons back I recall watching him play the Chiefs, go down injured and was trying to recover on the wing – and yet managed to throw himself into a tackle before being taken off. Lots of guts and commitment. Hope he recovers from this one. This seems to be year of injuries for loose-forwards!

look how his arm is just hanging before going into the tackle… almost like a ‘dead’ arm… and it swings forward from the momentum of the hit…

he was quite clearly hanging his arm down and protecting if from the tackle while trying to do the biz with his shoulder and other arm…

his broken arm didn’t make contact with anything and he reacted in a helluva lot of pain… so it was clearly broken before…

when i don’t know… but respect to him for trying to play while in such pain…

commiserations to him…
