Whitehead worry for Plum

Centre Tim Whitehead is battling a groin injury and is doubtful for the Sharks’ crucial match against the Stormers.

John Plumtree may have to replace the talented No 12 for this encounter, and it seems likely that Meyer Bosman will start in Whitehead’s stead. Plumtree will give Whitehead time to prove his fitness and a final call on his availability will be made later in the week.

Flyhalf Pat Lambie is expected to return this Saturday, meaning the Sharks will field a different 10-12 combination to the one that started, and excelled, against the Cheetahs. Louis Ludik is also available after missing last week’s game with an arm injury.

Sorry , hope he is okay but Yaaaaay !! I really rate him and will be happy if he is not playing. I will never wish injury on another player but it will be good news if meyer turnstile bosman plays instead of whitehead , I am sure the Donkey will be smiling as well !!!

    @mshiniwami(mshiniwami)-2: Was surprized by
Jordaan’s strength tackle when he carried the ball. This kid is awesome though.

I hope he is ready by game time… He has been a great signing and one of our best backs…

    Shi t. Big loss this.

He’s been the best Shark back bar none. Even Lambie had a slow start to the season. Not this bloke.
Mjekevu? Innefective in the VC, got a long way to go till S15 quality.

    10 Lambie 21yo
    12 Whitehead 24yo
    13 Jordaan 21yo

    That’s rhe future.

Still guilty of overshooting the defensive line on a regular basis, but a good player with adequate distribution skills.

I’d give him another two seasons before considering him for higher honours, though.

    10. Michalak
    12. Lambie
    13. Jordaan

That would cut the Stormers apart!! Jordaan running off Lambie who is put into acres of space by Michalak.

If Bosman plays I’ll be delighted though… Stormers have absolutely NOTHING to fear then.

@lepel(lepel)-10: Yes that could be lethal if Tim can’t start. Freddie 10 Lambie 12 and Jordaan 13. Phew! kinda like it…hehe
