@rocco(rocco)-76: Fleck is a joke as a coach... the Stormers backs are beyond terrible. Consider the class players and the performances they shell out... it's a joke. Backs have 0 clue how to play attacking rugby. I'd like to see a stat that shows how much ground the Stormers have lost on average in a game when the ball is given to the backs. Probably going to be pretty startling!

One consistent over the past 3-4 years – When the going gets tough the Stormers get going. Going in reverse at a great rate, that is. If ever there was a team with not an iota of BMT. They’ve become the rugby equivalent of a “flat-track bully”, excelling against the mediocre (This season they haven’t even done that), but woefully falling apart when it comes to the crunch. So-called superstars are shoe-ins for Bok positions, in the eyes of their fans at least until the crunch comes when they either experience a water-shed poor performance, a season ending injury, or both of the above.
The other consistent is the absolute lack of innovation on attack. Simply put, you just don’t get 4 intercept tries or one-man-shows in a single match unless you’re playing against schoolboys. This season, 4-try bonus points have attained tooth-fairy status as far as this team is concerned. The attack formula is simple : get tackled – go to ground – take forever to recycle the ball. The simple draw and pass concept seems foreign to them.
I refuse to believe that good attack and defense cannot be achieved in a single team. Someone is just not doing their job.
Think it’s time for Fleckie to Fleckoff!!
