Beale suffers another setback
25 Jun 2012
Kurtley Beale could miss the Rebels’ clash against the Reds on Friday due to a rib injury.
Beale made his return from injury in last Saturday’s Test between Australia and Wales. According to Wallabies scrumhalf Will Genia, Beale picked up another injury in this match, hurting his ribs, and is unlikely to play Super Rugby this Friday.
The fullback missed training on Monday but the Rebels are hoping he will be fit for the Australian derby. There is also a chance that James O’Connor, who is coming back from a liver injury, will start at flyhalf.

Dear me, quote one player commenting on another player…slow news day or just slack journalism?
If I remember the clip I saw last night Genia was joking about a soft Beale seeing the playing one another this weekend!

Meisiekind suffered some colour issues but luckily he got an appointment on Thursday and the root touch-up should have him in fine form on the weekend.
